Our team guides you step-by-step on how to reopen the case, challenge the rejection, and move the complaint through the correct process so you can receive the claim you rightfully deserve.
Our fee structure depends on the complexity of your case and the amount of work required to resolve it. If, after reviewing your documents, we decide to take up your case, you will be required to sign an MOU (Agreement). As part of this process, a one-time non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 is charged. After your case is successfully resolved, you pay the remaining service fee as per the terms mentioned in the MOU. This approach keeps everything transparent and ensures that you only pay the major fee after the case outcome.
Insurance Masiha works on a transparent “No Win, No Fee” policy. If your case does not get resolved through our efforts, we do not charge you any resolution fee, nor do we take any legal action against you. You are free to withdraw your case at any stage if you wish. Our focus is to help you achieve a fair outcome, and if that outcome is not achieved, no additional fee becomes payable by you.
